Analytical Reasoning, Logical Reasoning (×2), Reading Comprehension · 92Q
Jindal, UPES, Amity, Alliance, Bennett, NMIMS, Christ & more
Analytical Reasoning, Logical Reasoning (two sections), and Reading Comprehension — 92 questions in 140 minutes. No legal knowledge required. The Analytical Reasoning section (logic games) typically has the steepest learning curve and benefits most from early, structured practice.
Logic games — students are given a scenario with rules and must determine what can or cannot be true. The steepest learning curve in the test. Systematic rule application and speed are what separate scores.
Argument analysis — students evaluate the strength of arguments, identify assumptions, and draw conclusions. These questions reward careful reading over quick instinct.
A second Logical Reasoning section at the same format and difficulty. Students who haven’t built endurance through full-length mocks often lose ground here.
Dense academic passages across law, science, humanities, and social science — with comparative and inference questions. Requires comfort with abstract reasoning in unfamiliar academic domains.
